Eden od ukrepov, s katerim lahko zmanjšamo učno uspešnost neuspešnih dijakov, je osebni načrt izobraževanja. Ta ukrep je zelo pomemben, saj je šolski neuspeh neposredno povezan s socialnim izključevanjem.
Razvili in pripravili bomo dokument-obrazec za vodenje osebnega izobraževalnega načrta, ki bo v pomoč na šoli svetovalni službi, razredniku in učiteljem programskih enot, pri katerih je dijak neuspešen. Pri tem si bomo pomagali z izkušnjami na šolah iz konzorcija in raziskali bomo vsaj dva primera dobre prakse iz držav EU.
Razvili in pripravili bomo obrazec s katerim lahko mentor, učitelj, ravnatelj … dijaku za vsako opravljeno aktivnost, ki presega običajno delo v razredu, izda pisni dokument (pohvala, zahvala, potrdilo, priporočilo …), ki ga dijak vloži v svojo mapo učnih dosežkov. V ta namen bomo tudi pripravili predlog-osnutek mape v kateri se bodo vsi ti dokumenti kronološko razporedili in shranjevali. V podporo bomo pripravili tudi navodila za izpolnjevanje in vodenje obrazcev. Dijaki se bodo z vodenjem mape dosežkov lahko lažje in učinkoviteje predstavljali v družbi, ker bodo ponosni na svoje dosežke.
Svoje delo bomo sproti spremljali in evalvirali. Pripravljene izdelke bomo poskusno uvajali in testirali na posameznih šolah. Rezultate bomo strokovno obdelali ter jih upoštevali pri končnih izdelkih.
The team working in the project MUNUS 2 will provide a list of suggestions and guidelines for schools giving them instructions and directions in organizing student portfolios and personal education plans. Our next goal is to provide examples of certificates that schools may hand out their students for their extra curriculum work. In order to gain higher academic achievements of upper secondary school students, and to lower the number of dropouts, the team will develop several models of a personal education plan. Preparing a personal education plan for a student who does not meet curriculum requirements is an essential tool in improving one’s academic achievement. Nevertheless, poor academic performance and social exclusion are closely linked.
The team will develop and prepare a set of documents – forms to be used by school counsellors, class teachers, and teachers whose students do not meet curriculum requirements. In order to develop the forms, we will study at least two cases of similar activities in Europe, and analyse relevant experience of Slovene schools participating in the consortium. Further on, the team will develop an example of a certificate used by a teacher-mentor, principal or a class teacher. The form can be used as a role model when a student is given a certificate for his/her extra curriculum work or for his/her extraordinary curriculum achievements. Students will include their certificates, school reports and other documents relating to their education, career or personal growth in their portfolios. An example of portfolio will be prepared showing students how to organise and store their documents chronologically. A set of instructions for a student and a teacher will be added to the portfolio. Students will benefit from collecting and storing information on their progress over time; a well organized portfolio will make an individual proud of their achievements. Further on, it will empower them to present and interpret their achievements easily and efficiently.
The team will assess and evaluate its activities and accomplished tasks on a regular basis. The materials – forms prepared by the MUNUS 2 team will be tested in selected schools, and the results thus gained will be fully analysed. Based on the acquired data, the MUNUS 2 team will develop documents in their final forms.
Eine der Massnahmen, mit der man die Lernleistungen der leistungsschwächeren Schüler erhöhen kann, ist der persönliche Lernplan. Diese Massnahme ist sehr wichtig, weil der Misserfolg in der Schule unmittelbar mit der sozialen Benachteiligung bzw. Ausgeschlossenheit verbunden ist.
Als Hilfsmittel für die Schulberater, Schulpsychologen, Schulpädagogen, Klassenlehrer sowie für die Lehrer der Lerneinheiten, die der Schüler nicht erfolgreich bestanden hat, wird von uns auch das Dokument – das Formular zur Führung des persönlichen Lernplans (PLP) entwickelt und vorbereitet, wobei die Erfahrungen der Schulen im Konsortium des Projekts MUNUS 2 berücksichtigt und mindestens zwei Beispiele der guten Praxis aus den EU-Staaten analysiert werden.
Zugleich arbeiten wir auch an dem Formular, das von den Lehrern, Mentoren, Schulleitern u.Ä. dem Schüler für jede über die erwartete Klassenleistungen gehende Aktivität als schriftliches Dokument ausgestellt wird, das vom Schüler in seine Mappe der Lernleistungen eingelegt wird (z.B. die Anerkennung, das Dankschreiben, die Bestätigung, die Empfehlung …) Zu diesem Zweck werden von uns als Vorschlag für die Schulen die Mappen / Portfolios, in welchen die oben angeführten Dokumente chronologisch sortiert und aufbewahrt werden können, und zur Unterstützung auch die Hinweise zum Ausfüllen und Führen der Formulare vorbereitet. Mit der Mappe der Lernleistungen werden sich die Schüler leichter und wirksamer in der Gesellschaft vorstellen können, weil sie mit Stolz ihre Leistungen vorzeigen können.
Unsere Arbeit wird ständig evaluirt und analysiert. Die vorbereiteten Unterlagen werden an einigen ausgewählten Schulen probeweise eingeführt und getestet werden. Die daraus ergebenden Resultate werden dann fachgemäss bearbeitet und in der endgültigen Form der Unterlagen berücksichtigt.
